Welcome to Pacific Northwest PELS 2026
Welcome to the Pacific Northwest Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar 2026. This experience marks the beginning of your journey as a Club President and a key moment in shaping the year ahead for your club and community.
PELS brings together Presidents-Elect from across the Pacific Northwest to learn, connect, and grow as leaders. Throughout the seminar, you’ll gain practical insights, explore best practices, and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow Rotarians who share your commitment to service and leadership. This is a space to ask questions, exchange ideas, and begin building the relationships that will support you throughout your presidential year. Guided by District Governors-Elect, experienced facilitators, and the PELS Operations Committee, this seminar is designed to help you lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Whether you are refining your goals, strengthening your club’s vision, or preparing to inspire your members, PELS is here to support you every step of the way.
We are honored to welcome you and grateful for your willingness to serve. Together, we look forward to a meaningful learning experience as we prepare to Unite for Good across the Pacific Northwest.
Health and Safety
In the interest of keeping everyone that comes to Seattle in February safe and healthy, we have the following suggested protocols:
- We will follow the Washington State Department of Health Guidelines, but we will NOT be asking for proof of vaccinations at PELS.
- If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask during PELS, please do so.
- If you feel ill with any strong symptoms of any communicable illness, we ask that you use your good sense in not attending PELS to avoid the possibility of infecting others.
- We appreciate everyone following these best practices. With your cooperation, we will have a safe and healthy event.
